It has become fashionable for us to talk of consciousness, of what consciousness is, of existence and whether there is other life.
There's a general agreement consciousness is the mysterious sense of self, of what it is like to be me. It remains unexplained.
But consciousness is not that feeling alone. It is, at the same time, the undeniable feeling of being here.
We are said to be stardust, produced by the Universe. We're also living proof of the Universe: that there is existence besides ourselves.
